How does one feel in a spatial arrangement, in which one is subject to a constant observation, without being able to reciprocate? In fantasy films as well as real life architecture, towers reproduce the same conditions. The sculpture stands in a darkened room with a turning light at its tip. The light is bundled by a fresnel lens, as used in lighthouses. The plan view is an abstraction of the geometry used in Islamic tile art. Triangular sails of lacquer foil are mounted on the steel structure using domestic grade hooks and studs.
